clear, concise, easy to follow, quick an easy to use.

Having not worked in an office environment before it was useful to give me an insight into how I should be set up at my desk and what risks there were in the office environment. I found it simple, usefle and informative.

I have learned some useful tips on how my work station should be set up which should hopefully iron out some minor problems I have been having with my eyes and back which I now realise are possibly related to how I have been sitting at my workstation.

This is a very imformative course and even if you are aware of the things covered it still goes into a little more depth.

Good clear course but didn't work properly

course was fine - just a couple of niggles: I couldn't work out how to download my risk assessment I clicked on produce certificate but it just produced a blank grey screen There isn't any specific advice for DSE users with varifocal glasses - it would be helpful if this was included even if it is no different to other usage

Pace could be a bit quicker. Include some stats to relieve boredom. Keep exercises as optional
