Very informative; a lot of health advice probably not generally known.

I found this to be a very informative and easy to understand session that provided a clear message. The demonstrations were very good and the exercises were practical and easy to follow.

The exercises in particular were very useful.

A very good programme which covered everything about the environment i work in, was a little long though.

The programme was simple but useful , easy to understand and made me think how my desk was and the tips to avoid stress.

The programme is very informative and also manages to keep your full attention throughout. It is also very simple to navigate - which makes the experience user friendly. Furthermore, the content is clear and no jargon is used, so learning becomes an enjoyable experience.The exercises are also a good touch and I have learnt to take continuous breaks during the day.
