Straight forward

The programme was very easy to follow and straight forward, it seems a good way to learn because you can do it at your own pace and pause on sections that you want to spend more time on.

Useless. Boring. Presenter has droning voice. Videos not engaging. FAR too long for purpose.

Shows how to use DSE safely

Shows how to properly use DSE and associated equipment in order to reduce the risk of damage to the body through strain injuries - eye strain, back and neck strain and RSI. The section on exercises is particularly useful in helping to reduce the risk of permanent injury from strain and for improving upper body mobility..

This training program made me have a think about where stuff was on my desk, albeit I was generally in good order it pointed out a few little tweaks I could to help...and they have!
