The programme was very easy to follow and straight forward, it seems a good way to learn because you can do it at your own pace and pause on sections that you want to spend more time on.
Useless. Boring. Presenter has droning voice. Videos not engaging. FAR too long for purpose.
interesting reminder
Shows how to properly use DSE and associated equipment in order to reduce the risk of damage to the body through strain injuries - eye strain, back and neck strain and RSI. The section on exercises is particularly useful in helping to reduce the risk of permanent injury from strain and for improving upper body mobility..
This training program made me have a think about where stuff was on my desk, albeit I was generally in good order it pointed out a few little tweaks I could to help...and they have!
I can't do the courses on my iPad sadly because Adobe flash player is unavailable.
A good reminder of common sense, together with some practical tips on good posture.
I enjoyed the training it was easy to follow and acted as a reminder of good practice when work at your computer
I have done various DSEs however for this one, I particuarly liked the exercises and the guidance for use of portable equipment - I willb mindful of both in future!
The training was of a reasonable length, easy to follow with clear instructions. Nice speaking voice backed up with written words.
