Quite interesting, especially the part where you had to pick out the eight hazards.
A subject already covered to some extent by my own company but a cgood sourse none the less.

An interactive session that is easy to follow and cleasrly explains the basic essentials for DSE
It's very clear and easy to understand.
A very well communicated training video which actually allows to to adjust and review your desk, chair etc settings live!
too simplistic
The programme is easily assimilated, well designed with clear instruction. The only problem I had, was that I was interrupted by a work phone call and could not quickly see how to pause it. This meant I had to start again, when I had been a good way through. Otherwise, very good.
Very well presented and user friendly. An asset to any H&S trainig suite.
