A comprehensive, easy to follow programme with a good mix of practical examples

The programme was comprehensive and easy to follow. It made me really think about how my work area is set up and made me more conscious of my actions and posture. The exercises were a helpful addition and should prove useful in the future.

This is a great little course as it provides information and questions about Display Screen Equipment that you may not have thought of before.It guides you though the process of assessing your own work space and how certain things might impact on not only your productivity but also your general health and well-being. An eyeopener..
