Whilst the content is straightforward and common sense, it does make yo think about your working environment which is helpful.
Easy to just skip the conent and just complete the quiz. See this as just a paper exercise, not very educational.
I found the programme very useful especially the exercises.I have neck and back problems and I think that some of the exercises will help me complete a days work with less discomfort.
