i found that some sections did not have any content eg. safe charging, 20 minute rule, carrying portables. There was a question about 20 minutes in one sitting in the test so I got this wrong. It seemed incomplete.

despite my initial reluctance to do this course, I found it useful and gave me some good tips to follow at home and at work when using laptops and pcs. I will definitely follow the exercises to ensure I don't struggle with my back.

Very thorough course, easy to follow and very informative. Just progressed a little too slowly for me and took a little too long.

The programme reminds you of the importance of sitting at your desk correctly an avoids any unnecessary back ache.
