The unit content was very well presented, giving clear guidance on the subject. The score awarded was marked down as the content of two of the interactive frames were misleading, resulting in the user being confused and selecting the incorrect solution or not clearly being able to select the correct option.

interesting but i had to lie about the phone questions on the risk assessment because your programme did not take into account that i did not have a phone.

Factually the presentation was great but the topic is already dull and it wasn't helped by having a presenter who has a voice that it would be easy to fall asleep to. Also there were sections of the video that were reused so there were minor groundhog day moments. Overall, I feel the video should have been more engaging and the presenter should have spoken in a more conversational way, such as in a TV advertisment when you feel like you are having someone discuss the facts with you rather than them being talked at you.

I found it easy to use, informative and to the point - refreshingly simple and straight forward. Nice work.
