Very helpful thank you

I liked that I could run this successfully without having sound. I could progress the slides at my own pace and the material included lots of images of what's right and wrong which is good. When the subtitles were long they exceeded the space allowed on the page and there was no way to scroll down to read the rest of the subtitles.

The verbal content was poor as sometimes the clarity was not there.

Easy stages to follow. Can be done in one or several sessions. Helpful advice to help you stay healthy at work.

This was a useful training program, however not everyone may have access to headphones. Subtitles would be helpful
