Well worht the time to ensure you are using DSE effectively & safely
The course is user-friendly, engaging, easy to understand and very useful in terms of the content.
Whilst it covers all the bases, I personally found it a little basic and slow.
It is always good to complete the course and jog your memory about good posture etc.
Very useful for understanding the correct set up for monitors and seat height
Critical reminder training that we forget in our busy lives.
Well presented and a reminder as to how we should be working and looking after ourselves !
