Very good as a solid introduction, there was a lot of info that I wasn't aware of before. Hopefully I will be able to put the advice into practice to benefit my health - both at work and for PC use at home.

Very informative and useful, after adjusting my chair I feel more comfortable and focused already. Great exercise ideas too, which I'm sure I will put into practice, thanks!

I found this website very clear and understandable. As a HSE tool, I believe this to be a very valuable product to prevent RSI and associated health issues.

Training package covered all key factors, language and content were accessible although it did throw me out at one point and after the risk assessment put me back at the start of the training program rather than taking me to the test. Videos used throughout were useful.

Thought I already knew most of this but apparently not - I now know must better how to set up workstation for health and comfort

Very good training course. Made me look at the way that I am sitting more seriously. Enjoyed the exercise section too. Would recommend to my colleagues.

Well presented and clear to use.the only problem was the environmental test as the arrows didn't seem to go where I wanted them!the whole programme was easy to follow and the presenter wasn't patronising !I enjoyed taking part.

Learnt things I did not know. Would recommend to anyone using Display Screen Equipment.
