A very informative programme, makes you aware of what is right & wrong with regards to posture and correct use of work station

I must say that I have honestly gained so much knowledge. It is amazing how I have always taken some things for granted and done it the wrong way. With the knowledge that I have acquired today, those back aches and some strain that I have been exerting on my body should be eliminated. What I also found really helpful was the way that I and everyone else in my family have been using laptops on our laps.I was literally taking it because its name is 'laptop', it therefore follows that I must use it on my lap. Thank you very much for benefiting me with this invaluable knowledge.

It worked systematically through the issues in a comperhensible way. It clarified certain issues, especially about using laptops.

It is very basic but it does what it says on the tin

Well presented but could perhaps do with some music interspersed between sections to break up what can become monotonous after a while.

An easy to follow training course with the correct information given in the suitable areas.
