Very informative. Easy to use and clear to understand. Simple step by step notes. Videos and audio and text and graphics available. Test has relevant questions.

Very clear and informative information.

I found the programme a good refresher. However, I thought I had completed it at the end of last year - when in fact I had not done the test - I think what happened was that at the end of doing the risk assesment I thought that I'd done every thing. If that happened to me perhaps it has happened to others. (Or I might just have been in a rush and not paid enough attention to what the screen was telling me! ) I was alterted to my lack of completion by a member of the Safety, Health & Environment Section here at UCLAN. Please do not publish my review

Very well presented with each block about the right length

As painless as possible!

I found this very informative and better than other online Health & Safety programmes I have experienced, this one going into more detail but not too long winded ! Simple to follow and simple to complete all aspects.

The only irony I felt was one of the final questions was “How long should you work at your computer without a break – answer 20 minutes” I then realised I had been sat there doing the course for 50 minutes. Perhaps to hammer home the point you should have a page half way through the course that tells you to take a break!

Concise but engaging content that summarised the key points well and delivered the information in an informative, easy to digest manner.
