a very informative session and just jogs your memory a bit really enjoyed the question session tooat the end of each video then the 20 question test was very good. this is the second programme i have done and enjoyed thank you

Great training for someone new to an office environment, and also as a recap for people who have been in office jobs for a time.
Some great and easy ways of keeping yourself safe and creating a healthy environment at your desk. Sometimes these can be overlooked and not considered. This has brought an awareness to me about safety at my desk.

I found the programme easy to understand, each section was well explained and tested.
