Good fun
The training was useful and the format easy to understand
I actually enjoyed this course. Some of it is common sense but much is stuff you probably don't consider enough yet has serious consequences.

There are many issues covered which, although obvious can easily be ignored or forgotten. I found this extremely useful.
Common sense advice for those with little office experience and an excellent refresher for the others.I would rather not have the review published, unless anonymously.
The training course seemed a little basic and quite obvious
I have been working with computers for many years and having taken part in this training programme it has reminded me how important the basic rules are, it is so easy to slip into bad habits with regard to posture. Now I will make a concerted effort to sit correctly which will ensure I don't suffer unduly with back pain or eye strain.
I was using the training without sound and found that the subtitles and left hand wording competing for my attention. i WASN'T SURE WHICH TO LOOK AT WHEN. The wording was duplicated a lot of the time too
