easy to use training programme

Very good tool, if a little long for DSE Training and Awareness.

Very clear and easy to follow, though it was a bit lengthy.

The video time could be reduced - especially the exercise section - we do not need to watch while the person waits for the duration of the exercise, we have been shown what to do.

This is a good course and the test was fun.

Although the slides sometimes stuck a good training tool

Completely pointless. Having been told it takes 47 minutes to complete, I skipped through all the videos and didn't read any information. I then did (and passed) the test and only got a couple of reasonably pointless questions wrong. This is all basically common sense, apart from which if I want to sit in a position that is comfortable, even though it may give me backache, then it's my business and no-one elses. The whole thing would be better if you could do the test first, then be shown the details for the questions you had got wrong.

The section on exercises was informative.
