Clear but too long

Its helpful but not very useful with our desk on reception as its a corner desk and a very small space we can't apply come of the points in the video's

it was good, I liked the visuals which helped to understand exactly where and how to postion body/equipment. Quiz was also helpful to remember info

It was good it pointed out a lot of things I was not aware of.

Common sense content. Course is the same as the one we were asked to take last year. Not sure of the benefits of repeating the same content on a yearly basis?

I liked the way you could come back to it at your leisure and it saved any work you had already completed. I also thought the information was informative and easy to follow. It was just right in terms of the amount of questions and the different levels.

I really good way to undertake an inforamtive course without having to leave the office.

it reminded me how to prepare and use my desk, chair, laptop ect and how to excercise

Each section was covered for what I needed to know in an easy to understand presentation
