An important subject as it is concerning well being and health, this training module certainly push these values and understanding. For myself I am quite familiar with these advices and would recommend this to revisited every three years rather than yearly
The training opens your eyes to how poor posture, lack of taking a break and crouching over your desk affects your muscles etc. Good course.

After a career desk working it would have been appropriate for me to receive at most a 10 minute reminder, preferably in text form that I could have read at my own speed and kept as a record.
Course was a bit too long and too many short videos. Good reminders.
