This prgramme was informative and easy to use. It contained all the knowledge required and tested it in an interactive and interesting way.

Takes too long and was not easy to go back to the point you left it

Made me more aware of my own health and safety around my work space.

Some really useful reminders and advice about how to sit comfortable at my workstation and arrange my desk appropriately. Found the exercises to do to relieve muscle strain great advice!

Possibly due to our system configuration but this was extremely difficult and unpleasnt to use. Much of screen not visible, no sound and very slow to react. Had to attemp six times before it would work at all.

it was an interesting exersize

Good examples were used to showcase situations, the presenter was absolutely amazing.

It was very informative & I foulnd that the excercises will be helpful to correct my bad positioning
