found some useful tips expecially the exercises

This training was very good and I found the section on excersises especially useful.

I thought it was a great idea to include exercises in the training.

It was very knowledgeable and informative but I felt it laboured the point too much in places. Useful to do though.

I learnt alot from this programme, has opened some questions that I need to take forward, made me much more aware of my desk situation.

The programme is great for office staff. However, as a field based employee with no desk or desktop computer, a lot of the training and the subsequent questions were not applicable.

Useful knowledge
