In reality it can be difficult to achieve a perfect office, eg getting a desk that's 72cm high from floor. Office chairs I've used have an adjustment to angle of back and separate one to adjust the height of the seat - I've not come across an office chair on which the backrest adjusts both the angle and the height.

i enjoyed this training as it was short but precis, easy to understand and follow.

A good reminded of the basics

Calm, clear and considered training. Very user friendly programme however much a techo person you are.

This programme offers simple instructions and is extremely easy to follow.

The quality and content of the course is good and well reinforced through clear presentation. Its was the end quiz that spolt the experience for me as it repeatedly froze and took more than 10 attempts until finally getting a clear run at all 20 questions.
