A really helpful, informative and useful way to help encourage good practice. It helps make sure computer users are using their equipment effectively and safely, and helps to make using a computer comfortable and enjoyable. It really helps to make sure you're not straining yourself, and the excercises are really handy and useful.

Very easy to understand, videos were informative and I learned a lot.

The programme was easy to use, visually informative,test questions related directley to the video and were simple to understand.

I enjoyed taking part in the online programme I found the content very good the exercises will also help, the content made you realise that if you don't sit correctly and use your equipment correctly then you risk RSI and your posture and be affected quite badly, It was easy to follow and informative.

The application is put together for the visual learners, the supporting materials is too good standard
