This is a very informative programme, that has highlighted a few things that you take for granted, and just "make do with". It has brought to light a small number of things that i now need to change in my work place for a more comfortable work day.

Very easy to follow. Would be very useful if the exercises could be set into a screensaver program so that when one wasn't using the computer and the screensaver came on it would automatically remind people to do the exercises.

Good but a bit basic and long for what it covers

It is only aimed at a fixed office environment which does not reflect my work pattern. Nicely presented.

I like the use of film to consolidate the words which creates a more effective learning.

The programme was easy to follow. It used everyday language that was relevant for the training.

this was an effective way to alert work station users to the issues of their own health & safety, in an easy to follow programme.
