The training was thorough and detailed without being boring. It was really useful.
Helpful to know how to set up my desk and what I should be looking out for.
I thoroughly enjoyed the course and it made me think about my posture and the importance of taking regular breaks. One suggestion I found both interesting and surprising was that of taking a break when you are working at maximum performance and not just when you become tired. It also prompted me to give my desk and equipment a good clean. I shall also try some of the stretches suggested in the course.
It is good to do a refresher as most people do fall into bad habits while sat at their workstation.
