Very informative programme
The programme kept freezing up and pausing throughout.
Found this very useful as I have just moved into the office environment, and there are things you do naturally without thinking of the affects they can have. I suffer from a fracture in my lower back and a herniated disc so this was useful for me.
As a volunteer and not having a personal desk it is not always possible to adapt equipment.
I assumed the programme would be long, ti wasn't. It was concise and gave me a greater insight into how to better care for myself while at work.
It was very slow and clunky, very out of date from a software perspective, not easy to follow, it has taken me many attempts to just do one section, as it kept knocking me out..
The programme assumes you have no previous knowledge of office equipment and goes into excrutiating detail about the basics. Although the excercise suggestions were an interesting idea, I am already aware of many of the excercises due to my fitness class and would have appreciated an option to skip the position holding periods as they were unnecessary- I know what 10 seconds is and if I had wanted to attempt the excercises myself, I could have paused the video to allow the holding time.
This training was very clear, well laid out and simple to follow and understand. A good revision of the basics of Office Health and Safety but also incorporating new technology, (safe use of mobile devices).
Interesting programme, certainly information everyone should know and adhere to.
clear and helpful illustrations and memorbale information.
