I never realised that you could so many aches and pains just sitting at a desk. The stretching exercises were very helpful.

I found this training very informative and feel it has enhanced my knowledge on this subject.

This was a good course and highlighted the importance of considering the health implications of sitting at a computer all day. Have informed my husband that he needs to stop using his laptop on his knee and on a cushion!

The training was well presented and each section was easy to follow and relevant to the working environment. A useful update for office workers.

Was a little boring, but needed to be done to ensure that it keeps Us & The Company safe! It really does make you realise how much of the equipment needs to be compliant with health and safety measures!

I found this programme to be useful particularly how to position sitting whilst using the computer etc.
