need to buy a new chair ASAP

Generally the course was good. Some of the graphics were not clear enough to allow identification of hazards. The exercises were particularly good however there were too many to remember. It would be useful if this section of the course could be kept seperately by users for future reference.

The training programme was very useful. Not too long and boring as this kind of things normally are. I found out a couple of things I really didn't know and I've especially appreciated the exercise part. Thank you very much

WEeall know what we should do but the training reinforces what the Health & Safety Officer keeps telling us.

Very easy to understand and contained a number of relevant pointers.
