A very good and precise documented information and dvd with a complete risk assessment

CLEAR AND EASY TO FOLLOW

Good knowledge, some obvious but alot new, important to remember to maintain a healthy mind and body.

It would be good to know what happens or what to do if it does not feel comfortable or problems develop in the future.

The video clips are very condescending in content and the lack of imagination if presenting the information make for a dull and mind numbing experience. Interactive testing throughout the presentation could be better enhanced, rather than leaving all the testing until the end of the session.

Visually easy to follow.

Easy to understand and good that you can work at your own pace. The test is good the check your understanding.

There is no opportunity for questions or practical demonstrations in relation to the circumstances specific to the workplace, more of a token gesture, box ticking exercise

Very good and informative

I enjoyed this course and learned a lot. I particularly liked the 'practical' exercises, and shall save them for future reference. I also enjoyed the test at the end - it was very satisfying to score 100% at first attempt!
