very interesting
It is good training but sometimes the slides skip when the arrow is pressed to progress on to the next step. I found that I was missing out on vital information, and only noticed halfway through the training that it was skipping! It also happened with other training courses, eg, fire awareness.
Clear and easy to use
We have a tendency of not looking after ourselves when at work but this training has shown me how important it is to look after yourself. Your eyes need refocusing, your hands need to relax especially when you use mouse, keyboard. You need to take care of your body, back especially since you are sitting for longer than you are standing. It is the back that supports. Very informative training indeed.
I found that there was a good and useful mix of both visual and audio information, making it accessible to a variety of learning styles.
it was clear and easy to understand - although there was an irritating "error message" which came up on 2 or 3 occasions which mean't I had to exit the screen I was on and start again.
Easy to use and effective
The course was well presented, with clear instructions, a concise message and ultimately very useful for an office worker. The exercises are of particular relevance now I'm past 50!
Whilst useful, it is difficult to make comments on a couple of aspects as I am still working out how everything works.
The training was clear and concise. It provided good guidance on the topic. The training was easy to follow.
