It did make me do the exercises and become more aware of posture. It also made me feel tired !
Simple to complete
one minor software error where on the DSE Assessment it states that incomplete items are red, but it lies! the incomplete items did not turn red. Otherwise straightforward.
Easy to follow and informative
I found the software to be very informative and easy to understand, it also provided the information in a memorable way which aided in completing the test.

I thought it would be useful to do this course to refresh my knowledge as I am DSE assessor for the department. I found it useful, especially the exercise section.
I appreciate that this is an important topic and quite a serious one, however, I found the video to be dry and boring. I knew most of the information because of the evaluations Alan has done with me in the past, so it was also unnecessary.
Well presented and explained.
