I found this programme to be very help full. Marked 4 not 5 due to the unanswered pop-up box stating unanswered questions are in red although they are not.

Thank you for the skip video button!

Lets people go at their own pace, presents information clearly.

Easy to use/interactive!

The difficulty is finding the time to sit down and do it. Once it did I found it really useful. The exercises broke up the material and the questions kept me alert!

OK but MUCH too long for a busy office

The content is much too long and it is on-line company box ticking, liability avoiding, "training" that does not add any value unless defects are acted upon.

I feel overall only 20-30% of this training was useful and did not warrant the 39 min it took to complete it. Certain points which are made on this collection of videos are insulting to intelligence regardless of the intended demographic; ie Blinking is important...Remember to blink. No advise was given as to what to do when "essential" equipment is not provided by the employer. As an example,I am being advised on this video, certain chair adjustments must be available to create a suitable sitting position, this is currently unavailable to my self and all other members of the office and this training did not advise what should I do? I do not understand the concept of a "certificate of completion" as this serves no purpose at all. I can 100% confirm this training course is not worthy of acknowledgement on any CV so I question the purpose of this. Overall, i do not feel these training videos achieved it intended impact. I believe; too much time dedication and the insults to intelligence, prevents viewers from taking worthy attributes seriously.
