As more and more of us tend to sit in front of computers all day it is important to understand the risks and what to do to avoid them so people don't get things like headaches, RSI, etc., and end up missing work (or just feeling miserable) because of it.

Very informative and easy fun way to learn
Having little office work i was able to adjust my chair and work station to the correct position.

Easy to use and understand. Interesting relaxation techniques too. Great training and assessment tool.
Excellent content however the sound varied considerably through the session (quite / loud).
