Reminders to keep our bodies comfortable and maintain healthy habits while working.
Teaches how to sit, arrange equipment and chair for maximum comfort. Explains importance of taking breaks and doing sometime other than staring at a screen. Stretches and movement exercises very useful and a great reminder for self care.
