Good

Good use of video elements and text. Demonstrations of exercises was good, but could be improved by asking people to follow them.

I suffer from eye strain and I will definitely do the eye exercises from now on.

Easy to follow and to learn the basics.

As with most surveys of this kind the answers to the questions asked are not always possible by yes or no answers and often sit somewhere in between, whilst I appreciate the text option to elaborate some responses perhaps a scale of 1 to 10 together with text options would work better.

Very comprehensive and easy to understand. Right amount of detail. The presenter is very engaging.

A little basic at times and states the obvious, e.g. placing things on the desk where they are easily accessible. Long winded and I feel could be more focussed on the main issues, e.g. posture and comfort for typing/screen. Howver, overall quite useful.

shit bureaucracy

The subject matter was relayed simply and easy to absorb. It covered all the relevant aspects and the Q&A was well structured.
