The exercises presented would be exctremely time-cponsuming if all carried out regulrarly. Some issues regarding chairs are not considered; eg. arms not going down sufficiently to allow sitting close to desk, badly positioned lumbar support, lack of upper back support. Importance of height adjustment on screen is not mentioned.
Good effective training. time allocated about right.
This was very slow and took alot longer than then the 47 minutes suggested
In the Risk Assessment you mention 'user', but it should ask me direct questions e.g 'Is your desk clear' instead of 'Is the user's desk clear'.
I like the interactivity of doing this on-line and getting rid of paper it is the way forward and should be done for many more coures.... It estimated 47 mins to complete course however moving on to each slide took approx. 3 mins to load for each one so that was a drawback...but overall the content was excellent and images clear so overall very good.
This gave lots more information than any other similar courses than i gave previously used.
The tests: if the question said 'which one of the following is the best answer one could get more right, as it is at times there are sometimes 2 that are right.
It was a good training video that went through explaining points visually and through auditory. Some points were obvious but served the purpose of the video well.
Found it very helpful to revisit areas in the workplace. The exercises are useful tips and will relieve tension
