Clear, informative and well laid out training tool.

Very easy to understand, easy to use, enjoyed it a lot.

ENJOYABLE FORMAT AND CONTENT. LEARNED A FEW NEW THINGS AND GENERALLY FEEL IS ABOUT RIGHT FOR OUR COMPANY AND STAFF. THE EXERCISES WERE INSTANTLY BENEFICIAL IN PARTICULAR.

Straight forward and easy no navigate and answered all of mu concerns.

I found the programme easy to use, however I found the introduction sections for each of the sub-sections pointless. as they were wordy and time wasting as I new what the section would be about due to the title. I did all of the programme in one go and found that it took a lot of my time up (over 3 hours).

Especially found the exercises to do at your desk, very useful as was unaware of what can be done in order to eleviate symptoms.

Very good course, clear and informative. The one issue I may have is that it takes nearly 1 hour to complete, this may put people off completing the course.

The programme was very clear and to the point, did learn how to sit correctly and adjust my chair and computer to the correct position which i did not know before.

I think all of this is so the employer can tick another box. No use what so ever to me.

its a good informative course but its a little dry and could be jazzed up a little bit to kep interest.
