Clearly presented & informative, but perhaps could be shorter - condensed into 20 minutes max?

It made me aware of how I was sitting and encorouged me to make a few changes to be more comfortable whilst working.

The Interactive Heatlth and Safety Company's logo might look like a completed trivial pursuit piece but unfortunately that is the only link between that board game and this training, this training certainly doesn't share the often boundless fun of trivial pursuit with friends and is a bit dry. It is functional though and my desk setup has changed.

Very thorough in all aspects

This is a good programme, allows you to learn and assess as you go. Easy to use and remember!

Having to re-size the screen after every slide is a little off putting but the programme itself was very good and had good "at your desk" exersizes which I will use.

Easy to understand, helpful & informative.

Very good program, easy to use and very informative. Very clear and easy to understand , covers all required topics. The only problem I had with this software was that I found it difficult to take everything in first time, due to the narrative speed of the program. I would have preferred if there was some way that you were able to pause the program throughout the passages, instead of having to go back to the beginning of each section all the time, in the event that I could not pick everything up which was said, the first time round.
