I found the programme very usefull as it has made me more aware of the ICT Health and Safety

None of the videos or playable content played which only left a small amount of text information to see, that which was available was fine. This means that my rating has insufficient basis.

Although i dont use computers much i enjoyed this one thanks.

The programme contained useful advice on optimising workstation configuration to avoid strain, as well as demonstrating useful exercises to relive stress and tension.

A very good step by step process of learning through clear audible instruction and easy to follow visual illistrations.

the programme was good for me as I have never been shown the correct way to be comfortable while at the computer desk . I will use this information now and even do the exercises.

Reminds you of how often one should stop and take a break, exercises v good too!

I enjoyed this training programme very much. As I said above, it was easy and concise. Equally importantly, it did not take for ever to complete.

Informative training programme.

I appreciated the aspect of correct posture and exercises for avoiding RSI and relaxation for the eyes as the majority of my day is spent at the screen.
