Clear and memorable and not too dull.!

very informative excersise it highlights how easy we all fall in to bad habits and is a excellent reminder

Since watching this I have adjusted my chair and changed my desk around slightly so I aren't twisting around to answer the phone behind me anymore.

It is a good interactive program that tells you things you will not know. The exercise bit was good fun and I can imagine the office doing it and it would be funny. Would have been good if each screen moved seemlessly on to the next but besides that it was a good e-learning package. One of the more interesting ones.

Enjoyed the tutorial and video

I really liked this. The excersises are such a good idea and alot of the information although stored somewhere there in the back of my mind had lay dormant until I did this course.

The training programme was very informative and I found the inclusion of strecthes to do very useful.

The test was good. It informed me of many things that may cause harm while working at a desk station.
