You have to put on the subtitles as we have no sound- it would be better with sound.

really good and informative ICT H&S programme!

The Display Screen Equipment training programme gave me a lot of insight. I wasn't aware of the different and simply exercises that can be done at the work station. I have also learnt the importance of sitting striaght on my chair from the visual guidance.

A very comprehensive programme which covered not only equipment, but also gave tips and exercises to help look after your body while working.

A good reminder so as not to get back into bad habits.

I liked it. It covered everything in detail and I am much more informed now

This Training Programme is very efficient and helpful. It is very well structured and delivered in a highly professional manner. I very much liked the brief physical exercise routine which I will definitely use during my working day.

I really have far more important things to do than waste my time on these corporate box ticking exercises as a way to wash their hands of any employer responsibility. I wouldn't actually mind so much if Cobham were concerned enough to respond to my DSE assesment and addressed the issues I have raised.
