Course was good, but I had a temporary glitch at one point in the course where the course got stuck and it took me 4 attempts to be able to get pass this point in the course.
As someone who suffers with arthritis I feel this need to be more reflective of people with different illnesses that might find sitting in the recommended positions worse.
A lot of the concepts and ideas presented in this training are simply untrue and can be verified to be so via various pieces of research, published medical journals and peer-reviewed articles. So, perhaps this needs updating.https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/31451200/
