Although well presented and documented the course was too long (47 mins) for the average office user to complete.

Finding the time to do this was awkward and difficult to concentate on in a busy office.

The programme was very good, however, I felt that I should have been allowed to complete the programme at my own desk so that adjustments could have been made to my workstation as each section was covered. The programme contained a lot of information and it was difficult to recall everything when back at my own desk. Also, as there were two of us doing the training at the same time, it did not allow for more that one person to complete the questions at the end.

I have personally some cervical disease due to my job, 20 years in front of a computer. Therefore, I recommend strongly to all young people (and other also) to respect the rules. Our office is seriously equiped, I appreciate that, the rest has to be done by ourselves, following your recommendations.
