Found this very helpful and the little desk exercises as well 😊

You need to be in a room without interuptions. I was interuppted several times during the session which meant I had to keep repeating sections. It was difficult to find out how to exit out of the Display Screen Equipment Assessment. Easy to cheat the system and get a good result.

I enjoyed the training, but thought it was a little too long. Apart from that was comprehensive and informative.

Clear well explained advise and training on the essential elements of a good working environment that all staff should be able to understand and follow.

the programme has opened my eyes on how to keep safe at my desk while using the computer. it is very educative as well as interesting. I have enjoyed doing the exercises.
