Great Training, hard questions which meant you had to concentrate on the slides to pass !!!

Useful programme

waaay too long

The programme was very good at telling you the essentials. It was clear and consise. I especially enjoyed the use of video and the bullet points illustrating the key points. This is because I am a visual learner and learn much better from speak and sight.

worth doing the course

the videos were informative, snappy, not too long. having a test at the end of each section was useful

A very good programme for company's to buy in order to ensure employee's have had sufficient training in the area.

Covered everything I would expect and some other things I had not thought about.
