Knee problems of small chairs not covered. Program aimed at small people. Tall and big people not covered. They require more than just a foot rest. Higher tables, higher chairs with deeper seating area, back rest up to shoulder, neck, head; chair fitting under the table, possibly standing workplace. Ways of adjustment of standard and insufficient equipment if no other is available.
I learnt new things such as how to align the body with the computer and also how to stop my shoulder from hurting.
The INASCO Display Screen Equipment online training course has provided me with new information. The videos were very helpful and the exercises particulary useful.
i managed to complete this training without any difficulty
interesting and straight forward.
straightforward and to the point
This section of the training was delivered in an interesting manner but I feel that the excercises shown vould have been condensed slightly when demonstrating them.
Sometimes when cpmpleting a course on line it can be very confusing however thi s cousre was easy to follow.
I thought this training programme covered all the relevant information very well. I have adjusted my equipment to the right levels and areas which is best for me to work well with following the guidance of the course.
It was quite useful knowing what should be available to me in terms of creating a healthy work station, unfortunately, because we have to use either touchdown stations or work from laptops it is not possible to have most of my needs met by my work environment.
