This was a good learning session, I don't sit at a computer desk all the time, but was surprised to find out how many things I was doing wrong.

A well structured training package which varies the format of delivery between still pictures, text video and narative. There is enough information being conveyed to keep trainee`s engaged throughout and the sections in the training flow well.

Unnecessarily complex, but probably required to adequately cover the subject. An advantage that I was already aware of the issues and requirements.

I work in Tech Support and if all we spent was twenty minutes on the computer then take a break nothing would get done
