A little lengthy perhaps but overall a useful guide to ensuring the correct desk set-up and some useful tips to make the body more comfortable across what can frequently be a long working day.
This training was easy to use. It was informative although a little boring at times to hold people's interest. it did the job for me and i loved the exercises given - i am going to use them again myself going forward
The course is very well structured and the material in each section is well explained. However, the flow of the course is impaired by the failure of all the videos to function properly.
The programme is straight forward, easy to understand. straight to the point in regards to the information and knowledge which is required
Videos frequently paused midway through blocking concentration. Could be a little quicker to keep participants focused and concentrated but was clear and fully understandable.
I marvelled at the exam in all it's glory. Common sense reigned victorious, where futility capitulated in a battle of intellectual credibility - and a few more long words. It was a useful exam to be fair.
The training programme is a useful insight into how to correctly present yourself and your desk to avoid discomfort and health problems. Definitely worthwhile if you haven't been presented with guidelines before. I also found the portable device section informative as I regularly use a laptop.
The programme was comprehensive and easy to use. I would recommend it to a friend.
I found the training program very easy to navigate. All instructions are stated clearly and you have the option to review any instructions you may have missed. A very simple, easy way to train new starters!
