Mostly inappropriate to my job. The sub section about Blinking may well be the most ridiculous thing I have ever seen in a training session.

This has made me realise I do not take enough breaks from my display equipment

Makes you think about your working enviroment and and makes you relise that there are prgrams that can help you to work in a more comftable enviroment
