The training was very useful and gave a lot of tips and advice on how to use display screen equipment. There was limited information regarding laptops which I what I use. Although the advice was very useful practically some of these bad habits may be used due to lack of space in the office and also other things that may need to be carried in the work bag.
The training was very useful and will definitely make me check my posture and have regular screen breaks.
